WHAT IS EVERY DAY STRENGTH SYSTEM (ESS)?

The Everyday Strength System (ESS) is our own proven training framework built to help busy adults move better, get stronger, and feel their best in everydy life - not jus in the gym.

It's a balance of strength, mobility, recovery, and consistency, designed around real-wrold results. The ESS focuses on functional movement patterns that make daily tasks easier - from lifting groceries to playing with your kids or performing better at work and sport.

Each program is coach-led, persoanlised, and progressive, ensuring you train safely, build lasting strength, and stay injury-free while improving energy, confidence, tone and performance for life outside the gym.

HOW MANY PEOPLE IN A SESSION?

Small Group PT: Upto 4 members per coach - each with their own personalised program and support.

Strength Collective Classes: Usually go up to 8-10 people, focused on fun, teamwork, and high energy.

The balance keeps every session personal, safe and results-driven, so you'll never feel lost or overlooked.
